House rules

A shared space built on respect.

Our rules keep PRN CO-WORK comfortable, productive, and fair for everyone. Please read them and follow them during your time here.

Respect the noise level

Keep calls and conversations at a volume that doesn’t disturb others. Use the balcony or fluid room for long calls.

Clean up after yourself

Tidy your desk, throw away trash, and keep shared spaces clean for the next member.

Food and drinks

Coffee, tea, and water are free of charge. A vending machine is available for snacks and other drinks. Avoid strong-smelling food at desks and clean up spills immediately.

No smoking inside

Smoking and vaping are only allowed on the balcony, away from open windows and doors.

Bring your own equipment

We do not provide computers. Bring your own laptop and devices to protect your privacy and data.

No guests or visitors

Only active day-pass holders and members are allowed in the space. No guests, visitors, or unregistered individuals may enter.

Games and leisure

Board games, card games, and darts are available for leisure time as long as they don’t interrupt others.

No harassment or abuse

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Access hours

Day pass members may use the space Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm. Monthly and team members have 24/7 access.

Enforcement

Members who receive a verified complaint may be subject to removal from the coworking space and will lose paid fees. Outstanding debts remain owed.

Balcony & leisure

Take breaks with a view.

Our balcony overlooks the city and is the perfect place for a coffee break, a phone call, or a moment of fresh air.

During downtime, members can use the card and board games or the darts game — just keep the volume low and make sure others aren’t interrupted.
