Membership agreement
The terms you sign when you join PRN CO-WORK. Read them before you send your booking request — you sign by typing your full name on the booking form.
1. Membership
This agreement is between PRN CO-WORK, Prime Residence III, Rr. Ukshin Hoti, Prishtinë 10000, and the member named on the booking form. It starts on the agreed start date and runs for the agreed length of stay.
2. Access
Day passes and the Up to 3 Months plan give access Monday to Friday. The Up to 6 Months plan and longer terms include 24/7 access. Access is personal and may not be shared or transferred.
3. Payment
Membership is paid in advance for each period by bank transfer, cash, card on site or company invoice. Day passes are valid for 30 days from purchase. Prices are as published on the memberships page at the time of booking.
4. House rules
Members follow the house rules at all times, including quiet calls in shared areas, keeping desks tidy and respecting shared equipment and the balcony.
5. No guests
Guests and visitors are not permitted in the space. Client meetings are arranged in advance with the team.
6. Equipment
Members bring their own laptop and equipment. PRN CO-WORK provides Wi-Fi, desks, printing and copying, lockers and shared amenities. We are not responsible for personal items left in the space.
7. Cancellation
Either side may end a monthly membership with 30 days' written notice before the next billing period. Paid periods already started are not refundable.
8. Conduct
We may end a membership immediately for behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs other members or the building.
